Roasted Salsa Pro-Health Potatoes

  • 6 Pro-Health Potatoes
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Cumin
  • 2 tsp. Chili Powder

Preheat over to 400 degrees F. Cut potatoes into wedges. Mix salsa, cumin and chili powder in a medium bowl. Toss potatoes in mixture and place on a greased sheet pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until tender. Baste if needed.
