  • 2 lbs. Pro Health Strawberry Reds Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tbl olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian herb blend
  • 1⁄2 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Start by quartering the potatoes. Then in a bowl mix all ingredient together, making sure the potatoes have an even coating. Place potatoes with a cut side down on a sheet pan. Then bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. The potatoes should be tender and have a nice golden color on the bottom.
