Pro-Health® Smart Lettuce
Pro-Health® currently offers Romain Lettuce and will soon be introducing Red Leaf, Green Leaf and Butter Lettuce. Pro-Health® Smart Lettuce is hydroponically grown under optimum greenhouse conditions. The roots are on the plants, so it retains it’s freshness and you can expect “just picked” flavor and appearance.
Romaine Lettuce
Pro-Health® Romaine Lettuce is a variety of lettuce which grows in a large head of sturdy leaves with a firm rib down the center. Unlike most lettuces, it is tolerant of heat. This lettuce variety can give
sandwiches an extra crunch, can be mixed with other lettuce types for a delicious salad or can be used as a wrap for different sandwich fillings.
Butter Lettuce
Coming Soon! Pro-Health® Butter Lettuce will feature tender large leaves that form a loosely arranged head that is easily
separated from the stem, a sweet flavor and a soft texture.
Red Leaf and Green Leaf Lettuce
Coming Soon! Pro-Health® Red Leaf and Green Leaf Lettuce varieties will feature broad, curly leaves that offer a delicate taste and a mildly crisp texture.
