Cooking Pro-Health Smart Potatoes

Microwave:
Prepping: Wash & poke potato 3 times on top with fork (poke about 1/2 fork length)
Cooking: Place in microwave for 8-9 minutes on high (or 9-10 minutes for 2 potatoes)
Cooling: Please let potato cool for 3 minutes before cutting open
Oven:
Prepping: Wash & poke potato 3 times on top with fork (poke about 1/2 fork length)
Cooking: Bake for 45 minutes at 425 degree temperature (For more moist potatoes wrap in foil for first 20 minutes and then unwrap for remainer of time)
Cooling: Please let potato cool for 3 minutes before cutting open (For single plastic wrapped potatoes, carefully remove from microwave using caution while opening the plastic wrap)
BBQ:
Prepping: Wash, poke potato 3 times on top with fork (poke about 1/2 fork length) and wrap individual potatoes in foil
Gas Grill Open-Lid: Pre-heat on high for 5 min. & place 1 inch apart.
Turn every 15 min. & cook for 1 hour. For closed lid, cook 45 min.
Charcoal Grill Open-Lid: Grill grates should be 1 – 1½ inches above
briquettes. Place 1 inch apart, turn every 15 min. & cook for 1 hour. For closed lid, cook 45 min.
Cooling: Please let potato cool for 3 minutes before cutting open
